 Art Beat CT is located at 3 Hubbard Road in the heart of Wilton, Connecticut. 

Art Beat CT is a creative community art studio offering painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media, crafts, and more. We offer after-school programs, workshops, birthday parties, and creative art experiences for kids, teens, adults, and seniors, designed for all ages and skill levels. 

Absolutely! Art Beat CT is a welcoming creative space for everyone. We proudly work with children of different abilities, learning styles, and creative interests. 

 Nope! We provide everything. All art materials and supplies needed for the day's project are included. 

Students may take the Wilton Public Schools community activity bus to Art Beat CT, with transportation arranged by parents through the Wilton Public Schools Schedule Manager. Bus numbers may vary by school year.

An Art Beat CT Lead Artist or Assistant Artist meets students at the designated bus stop, checks attendance, and safely walks them into the studio.

After-school programs typically begin around 2:35 PM, 4:05 PM, and 5:15 PM, depending on the program. Parents will receive their child’s exact schedule and pickup time when registering.

For programs requiring parent drop-off, please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

If you are running late for pickup, please call or text us at 203-570-1423 as soon as possible.

That gives you one question instead of seven, while still covering transportation, arrival, times, pickup, drop-off, and late pickup. Much cleaner for the website.

Probably! Art can get messy, and that’s part of the fun. 

We do provide smocks for all of our artists, but we still recommend comfortable clothes that can handle a little paint, glue, or creative adventure.

Getting started is quick, easy, and secure! Visit ArtBeatCT.com, find the program that’s right for your family, and click Register or Book Here. 

You’ll be automatically guided through Sawyer, our trusted family registration and scheduling platform used by children’s activity providers nationwide.

Create your family account, add the child or children you’d like to register, including their birthdates, and Sawyer will help guide you to age-appropriate programs. From there, simply complete a few quick registration details, choose your payment option, and you’re all set!

Registration, scheduling, and payments are handled securely online, giving your family one convenient place to manage your Art Beat CT experience.

Yes. Advance registration helps us properly staff each class, prepare materials, and make sure every young artist has a great experience

 If your child is not feeling well, please keep them home.

This includes symptoms such as:

• Fever

• Vomiting

• Contagious illness

• Severe cold symptoms

We appreciate your help in keeping our studio healthy for everyone.

What happens if a child becomes sick during class?

We will immediately contact the parent or emergency contact to arrange prompt pickup.

Most Art Beat CT classes are drop-off programs, allowing children to build independence and focus on creating. Parents are always welcome to stop in, say hello, and see the studio. 

 For parent drop-off programs, we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time so your child has time to get comfortable and settle in.

Please Note: All programs, including drop-ins, must be registered and paid for in advance through our online registration system.

 For quick drop-off and pickup, you’re welcome to use available parking in the lot directly at Art Beat CT.

For longer stays, we kindly ask that you avoid extended parking in the lot out of consideration for our residential neighbors. Convenient parking is available directly across the street at CVS.
